With our 4.5-ton short-cut pasta and 4.5-ton spaghetti production lines, we are further expanding our product range.
Energy
Sustainability and Innovation in Energy
Our group reinforces its commitment to sustainability in the energy sector through bold investments. Our 9-megawatt biogas plant, initiated in 2019, was commissioned in 2021, and R&D studies for inorganic fertilizer production were completed the same year. In 2022, our 22-megawatt biomass-based electricity and thermal power plant became operational, and during 2022–2023, three solar power plants with a combined capacity of 17 megawatts were commissioned.
Through these investments, we aim to play a pioneering role in clean and renewable energy production, support environmental sustainability, and contribute to Türkiye’s energy future.

With our state-of-the-art inorganic fertilizer plant commissioned in 2021, our group provides strong support to agriculture. Our high-technology facility offers farmers reliable and high-quality products, aiming to enhance sustainable agriculture and efficient production.
Feed
High Quality and Reliability
Entering the feed industry in 2010, our group produces high-quality feed in modern facilities equipped with Expander (cooked feed) technology. With our third factory, we continue to increase our capacity and remain a reliable and efficient solution partner for the livestock sector.
Logistics
Fast, Reliable, and Efficient Transportation
Our production and distribution operations are supported by a fleet of 40 logistics transport vehicles and 45 construction machines. With our fast, reliable, and effective service approach, we ensure excellence and continuity in transportation processes. Additionally, through our Yükmobil-branded logistics company, we are further strengthening our presence in the sector.
HISTORY OF
ÇAĞLAYANLAR
Founded in 1983 in the Mucur district of Kırşehir, our group has continued its activities with the vision of contributing to Türkiye’s development and achieving steady growth. Our production journey began with a flour factory operating at 80 tons per day and has reached a capacity of 800 tons per day through investments in modern technologies.
With the commissioning of our feed factory in 2011, livestock operations in 2014, biogas and inorganic fertilizer facilities in 2019, and biomass and solar energy investments in 2022–2023, our production chain has been significantly strengthened. In 2024, we entered the food sector with our Maya Food brand, bringing local flavors to global standards.
Alongside our five factories, our feedlot, solar power plant, and logistics operations enable us to maintain an integrated production and service network. With investments exceeding 2.2 billion TL to date, strong support for agriculture, an extensive logistics network, and modern facilities, we continue to stand by our farmers and our nation.
